Your web portal by default is configured and ready to go as is, but you can view and change those settings here.
The following are the default settings we have in place.
By default users can choose a department to send the ticket too, everything else is turned off by default. You can edit these at any time.
Adding a logo to your web portal:
Your main company logo will show on the main screen of the web portal. See: Adding Custom Logo to SeamlessDesk
