There is actually no need to set up a regular user since our system will automatically do this for you as they submit tickets.
By default, your ticket submission page will allow users to submit a ticket without logging into the site. You can change this here if you need to, but be aware that if you require users to create an account with us before they can submit a ticket those accounts will need to be created.
What if I allow users to be automatically created?
If you allow users to submit a ticket without needing an account then we will create an account for you automatically from their email address. Once a user is created this way they will be marked as a "regular user" and be inactive. If you need to know the difference between an "active" and "inactive" user please read here.
What if I want to manually create all my regular users?
If you want to create regular users yourself then you would follow the same steps as creating an agent or administrator except you would simply mark them as a "regular user"
