We understand that it is important to minimize downtime so notifying your Agents as soon as someone responds or creates a ticket is very important.
We provide a few ways in which we do this
Every Agent will have their own inbox located at the left side of the mail menu bar.
This inbox will contain recent events related to any ticket that is either assigned to them or assigned to their department and not assigned to an agent.
Here are the following events you will see in an Agents Inbox
If the entry is a dull yellow it means that the event in the inbox is unread, anything white is already read. All read activity will automatically be removed after 14 days.
