There are two scenarios with timezone's that can happen when creating a Calendar Event. In some cases the user of the ticket may reside in another timezone than the creator.
This is not an issue with our system because when a Calendar Event is created in Google the user will see the correct time according to their own timezone. What this means is if you were to create a Calendar Event for 1:00 PM PST for your timezone, the user will see it adjusted on their own Calendar for their own timezone. Google already does that for you.
This is refereed to as UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) which is how we input all our times in SeamlessDesk. Then we translate that time to your local timezone and it will adjust.
