Time Tracking on a per ticket basis gives your company the power to view the time spent from your Agents on tickets. In addition to that, you can also set billable hours to each ticket as well depending on what the Agent set's it at. Each Time Tracking session that the Agent sets gives them the ability to start and stop a timer to count the hours/minutes it takes to complete the ticket. The Agent can also skip the timer if they need to enter a set amount of hours/minutes to the ticket ahead of time. You can view the details on all billable and non-billable hours for all tickets in Reports under Time Sheet Summary.
The Time Tracking Timer is located on the Tickets view page on a widget to the right of the screen.
When an Agent needs to track their time on a ticket they can simply click on "Time Tracked" and click the button "Add Time"
After selecting the "Add Time" button a pop-up will appear with the details needed to add the hours/minutes or timer
