Hour and Day condition parameters are located in the Ticket Rules which will allow you to execute actions based on a certain amount of hours or even days. This allows you to have more control over how tickets are handled specially when you have to time them. For instance one of the ticket rules we have already created for you is one that marks any pending tickets as closed after there are no updates to the ticket after 30 days.
