There is only one way you can log into Seamlessdesk.
The main login page is a general way that you can log in. It does not matter what type of user you are, you can log in there.

If you are already logged into the SeamlessDesk then you will have to log out first before resetting your password.
Before asking that question you might be surprised to know that you may already be able to do what you want through the power of our ticket rules. You check out more about what ticket rules are here.
To cancel your subscription to SeamlessDesk click on your profile on the top right of the screen, then click on "View subscription" and next the Status there is a linked called cancel
As you may have noticed when creating an account with SeamlessDesk one of the mandatory inputs we ask you to specify before continuing is setting up your timezone. This is a very important step because you will need to have an accurate account for dates and times as to when tickets and responses are created. If you did not have a timezone set then timestamps would be inaccurate.
No, once you delete a ticket all related data to that ticket as well as the ticket is removed from our system and can never be recovered.

When your subscription with SeamlessDesk is either a free account or an account that is in a trial mode (30 days) we append that footer to the bottom of those tickets in emails. Once your account is a paid account and a credit card has been added that footer will go away.
