Yes, but you need to know a few things.
Your CompanyID is what your web portals use to identify them for your organization. If you change the CompanyID any previous URL’s will need to be changed to reflect the new CompanyID.
How do I change my CompanyID?
1. Click on Settings > Site Settings
2. Under Support “Portals” click on “Web”
3. Click on the “Refresh” button located on the CompanyID row
4. You’re Done!
