Create & Edit Ticket Signatures

Ticket Signatures like Canned Replies are set up on a per user bases. This means that each Agent can set up their own personal signature. They may provide more than one signature.

How to add a signature #

1. head over to Ticket Signatures.

2. Click on “Add Signature”

3. Give your signature a title so you can easily recognize it.

4. In the field below the title add the body of the signature.

5. When done click “Save”

6. You’re done!
