A global canned reply gives you the ability to provide all of your agents with a predetermined response set up by yourself as an administrator. When you learn more about frequent questions made from users who submit tickets you can create pre-made responses to those questions and allow those responses as an option for your agents to choose from.

Administrators are the only ones who can create, edit, and delete a canned response.
